He reported in Italy for the investigative magazine L’Espresso, Left magazine, Corriere del Mezzogiorno, and Lettera43 on issues such as immigration, misuse of public funds and arms deals. His multimedia work focused on stories of suburban tensions in Milan and social engagement in Scampia, a stronghold of the Neapolitan mafia. His international stories are featured in USA Today, BBC News Magazine, Washington Times and Occupy, among others. He works in English, German and Italian.
